At Dujee EduMart, we aim to deliver your products safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully.

1. Delivery Locations

We currently ship across Nepal. International shipping is available on request with additional charges.

2. Dispatch Time

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days after successful payment.

3. Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
• Other Cities/Towns: 5–8 working days
• Remote Areas: 7–12 working days

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹499
• Orders below ₹499: Standard charges (₹40–₹70)

5. Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking ID and courier details via email/SMS.

6. Wrong or Incomplete Address

We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect address or unreachable phone numbers. Reshipping charges may apply.

7. Packaging

Books are securely packed with bubble wrap, waterproof bags, and protective layers.
